Birth Place: I was born and raised in the northern suburbs of Minneapolis/St. Paul. I enjoyed the location of my upbringing so much that I never moved too far, and still reside in the northern area of the Twin Cities.
The main reason I work here: I work for Two Maids & A Mop of Plymouth because I have finally found a company that has a mission and vision that aligns with my philosophy. Two Maids & A Mop provides exceptional service to our customers, as well as a great work environment for our associates. While most companies say they are all about customer service and employee retention, this company means it and stands by it. There is an understanding that the employees are our core to the business and we believe in training, inspiring, and supporting our core. I believe this is step one to a successful business. We will always take care of our core/associates, because this will have a lasting effect, bringing satisfaction to our customers.
If I didn't work here, I would be: Still out searching for the perfect place that honors my same philosophy in customer service and employee retention. I couldn’t be happier that I have found my home with Two Maids & A Mop of Plymouth.
If it were 5 o'clock I would be: At home with my family, taking my dogs for a walk; in the summer months, you'll find me heading for the cabin.
My philosophy on customer service: Providing the customer with a culture of excellence from start to finish. To me, customer service means striving to exceed expectations, building trust, follow-through, commitment, and the overall desire to satisfy.
What are you most proud of: My family. I feel blessed to be a part of such a fun, loving, kind, and caring group of exceptional individuals. I was raised with such phenomenal values that I always appreciated, and now with a family of my own, I am able to pass this onto them.
If I could meet anyone, dead or living, who would it be: Jon Bon Jovi. I have a love for music, and he has always been my favorite musician. Going to a Bon Jovi concert has become a tradition for me. It started with my Mom, sister and I, and our group has recently expanded, adding a couple of good friends from high school. I do not believe I have missed one concert of his in Minnesota.
If I could say anything: "Always be true to yourself, be confident, kind, and find the positive in everything you do, everyone you meet, and every situation you may find yourself in. Bringing the positive energy, or as I like to call it "the sunshine" in everything you do, WILL make all the difference."
